Delivery
All our fresh flower arrangements are created by our florists and delivered direct. We do not use any other florists or relay networks. So there are no commission fees or third party charges to be taken off what you pay.This ensures you get what you ordered and significantly increases the quality and value for money of all our floral products. Same day delivery of local orders (15 miles radius of Addlestone) made Monday to Saturday. Orders must be received before 13.00 GMT on the day. Next day delivery of orders to other parts of the UK (using our special gift- boxed courier delivery system) made Monday to Friday only. Orders must be received before 15.00 GMT. Orders for Monday delivery must be received by 15.00 GMT on Friday. A delivery service charge of �4.90 will be charged to your order for almost anywhere in the UK. Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area, which is not covered by our delivery system, will be advised prior to delivery of any delivery charges. Local deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday from 9am until 5.30pm. Early, late or Sunday deliveries may be accepted by special prior arrangement. Some peak period deliveries eg. Christmas, Valentine�s Day and Mother�s Day could take place outside these specified times. If in the case of The Flower Room encountering problems with delivering your order we shall contact you as soon as practicable either by phone (if in UK) or by email. Please ensure that you give us full contact details when placing your order. Should you require a delivery to be made outside the UK, please contact us by telephone on 01932 846111 with your intended delivery location and we will make our best efforts to accommodate your order. |
